By engaging our services, you (&#8220;you&#8221;, &#8220;the client&#8221;) agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Services<\/h2>\n<p>We provide website development, ecommerce operations, and SEO services as described in your written quote or proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Quotes and pricing<\/h2>\n<p>Published package prices on our pricing page are fixed within the limits shown for each package. Your written quote confirms the agreed work and price before work starts \u2014 and that quoted price is what you pay. Work beyond a package&#8217;s limits is quoted separately before it begins.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Payments<\/h2>\n<p>Our standard terms: a <strong>50% deposit<\/strong> is due before work begins, with the remaining balance due before launch or delivery. Monthly services (SEO plans, care plans) are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in US dollars. CAD invoices available on request. HST applies where required. Any project-specific milestones are confirmed in your quote or invoice.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Revisions and approval<\/h2>\n<p>Each project includes reasonable revision rounds as stated in your quote. Please review deliverables and share feedback promptly so we can keep to schedule.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Timelines<\/h2>\n<p>Timelines are good-faith estimates. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or third parties (hosting providers, marketplaces) are outside our control \u2014 we will keep you informed if dates shift.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Your responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback we reasonably need, and to confirm that materials you supply (text, images, logos) are yours to use or properly licensed.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>Once paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Monthly services, cancellations and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>SEO plans and care plans run month to month. Cancel with written notice; service continues until the end of the current billing period.<\/p>\n<p>The current month&#8217;s fee is non-refundable, and nothing renews after cancellation. For projects, any deposit paid is fully refundable before work starts; after work starts, you pay only for work completed up to cancellation, per the agreed quote. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@abiyasdigitalmarketing.com with your name, project details, and the reason for your request \u2014 we review each request personally and respond within 5 business days. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.<\/p>\n<p><em>Last updated: November 2026.
