Refund Policy
Fair and simple: how refunds work for projects and monthly plans.
Custom project work
Our websites and apps are built custom for each client, so refunds depend on how far the work has gone:
- Before work starts: full refund of any deposit paid.
- After work starts: you pay only for work completed up to the cancellation point, per the agreed quote.
- Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
Monthly services
SEO plans, website care plans, and app care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with written notice. Service continues until the end of the current billing period; the current month is non-refundable, but nothing renews after you cancel.
How to request a refund
Email support@abiyasdigitalmarketing.com with your name, project details, and reason. We review every request personally and respond within 5 business days.
