Terms and Conditions
The fine print behind working with us — written in plain English.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Abiyas Digital Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Toronto-based digital agency. By engaging our services, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide website development, app development, and SEO services as described in your written quote or proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices on this website are starting ranges for guidance only. Your exact price is confirmed in a written quote before work starts — and that quoted price is what you pay.
3. Payments
Payment terms, including any deposit and milestones, are set out in your quote or invoice. Monthly services (SEO plans, care plans) are billed monthly in advance.
4. Revisions and approval
Each project includes reasonable revision rounds as stated in your quote. Please review deliverables and share feedback promptly so we can keep to schedule.
5. Timelines
Timelines are good-faith estimates. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or third parties (hosting providers, app stores) are outside our control — we will keep you informed if dates shift.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback we reasonably need, and to confirm that materials you supply (text, images, logos) are yours to use or properly licensed.
7. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Monthly services
SEO plans and care plans run month to month. Cancel with written notice; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
